Chocolate Fondant
Decadent chocolate lava cake with a molten center
Ingredients
- 200gdark chocolate
- 100gbutter
- 4eggs
- 100gsugar
- 50gflour
- 1 tspvanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate with butter
- Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy
- Fold in chocolate mixture
- Add flour gently
- Bake at 200C for 12 minutes exactly
