  • 60mlGrand Marnier
  • 2 orangesorange zest
  • 30gbutter
  • 30gflour
  • 1 tspvanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare ramekins with butter and sugar
  2. Make pastry cream base
  3. Add Grand Marnier and zest
  4. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks
  5. Fold carefully
  6. Bake immediately at 190C
