Light and airy French dessert souffle with orange liqueur
Ingredients
- 6eggs
- 100gsugar
- 60mlGrand Marnier
- 2 orangesorange zest
- 30gbutter
- 30gflour
- 1 tspvanilla
Instructions
- Prepare ramekins with butter and sugar
- Make pastry cream base
- Add Grand Marnier and zest
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks
- Fold carefully
- Bake immediately at 190C
