Tender beef strips in a rich creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • 500gbeef sirloin
  • 300gmushrooms
  • 1onion
  • 250mlbeef broth
  • 200mlsour cream
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 400gegg noodles

Instructions

  1. Slice beef into strips
  2. Brown beef in batches
  3. Sauté mushrooms and onions
  4. Add broth and simmer
  5. Stir in sour cream
  6. Serve over egg noodles

Tips

  • Do not boil after adding sour cream
