Classic Beef Stroganoff
Tender beef strips in a rich creamy mushroom sauce
Ingredients
- 500gbeef sirloin
- 300gmushrooms
- 1onion
- 250mlbeef broth
- 200mlsour cream
- 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 400gegg noodles
Instructions
- Slice beef into strips
- Brown beef in batches
- Sauté mushrooms and onions
- Add broth and simmer
- Stir in sour cream
- Serve over egg noodles

- Do not boil after adding sour cream
