Rich and creamy pasta with roasted garlic and parmesan cheese
Ingredients
- 400gspaghetti
- 6garlic cloves
- 200mlheavy cream
- 100gparmesan
- 2 tbspbutter
- 2 tbspolive oil
- handfulfresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package
- Roast garlic in olive oil until golden
- Add cream and simmer
- Toss with pasta and parmesan
- Garnish with parsley
