Garlic Butter Salmon
Pan-seared salmon with a rich garlic butter sauce and fresh herbs
Ingredients
- 4salmon fillets
- 4 tbspbutter
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbspfresh dill
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper
- Heat butter in a large pan over medium-high heat
- Add salmon skin-side up, cook 4 minutes
- Flip salmon and add garlic
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes
- Squeeze lemon juice over salmon
- Garnish with fresh dill
Tips
- Do not overcook - salmon should be slightly pink inside
