Garlic Butter Salmon

Pan-seared salmon with a rich garlic butter sauce and fresh herbs

Ingredients

  • 4salmon fillets
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspfresh dill

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium-high heat
  3. Add salmon skin-side up, cook 4 minutes
  4. Flip salmon and add garlic
  5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon
  7. Garnish with fresh dill

Tips

  • Do not overcook - salmon should be slightly pink inside
