Classic Greek Moussaka
Traditional layered Greek dish with eggplant, meat sauce, and bechamel
Ingredients
- 2 largeeggplants
- 500gground lamb
- 1onion
- 400mltomato sauce
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 500mlmilk
- 50gflour
- 50gbutter
Instructions
- Slice and salt eggplants, let drain
- Grill eggplant slices
- Make meat sauce with lamb and spices
- Prepare bechamel sauce
- Layer eggplant, meat, bechamel
- Bake at 180C for 45 minutes
