Ingredients

  • 2 largeeggplants
  • 500gground lamb
  • 1onion
  • 400mltomato sauce
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 500mlmilk
  • 50gflour
  • 50gbutter

Instructions

  1. Slice and salt eggplants, let drain
  2. Grill eggplant slices
  3. Make meat sauce with lamb and spices
  4. Prepare bechamel sauce
  5. Layer eggplant, meat, bechamel
  6. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes

  • Let rest 20 minutes before serving
