Colorful vegetable stir fry with Asian-inspired sauce
Ingredients
- 200gbroccoli florets
- 2bell peppers
- 150gsnap peas
- 2carrots
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 1 inchginger
- 3 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tbspsesame oil
Instructions
- Prep all vegetables
- Heat wok until smoking
- Stir fry vegetables in batches
- Add garlic and ginger
- Toss with sauce
- Serve over rice
